Now frist add a curves adjustment layer
Then drag "RGB" curve line lil bit up for faded Effect (input as 157 and output as 132)

Now add a level adjustment layer
Then set output level 7 and 233 like the image below
Now change the blue slider and set output levels value 7 and 255
Now add another curve adjustment layer
And set output level of RGB 13 and input level 06
Then set input level 151 and output level 124 of blue line
And 5.,21
Finally add exposure adjustment layer
Exposure: -0.39
Offset:+0.0042
